It is an official ADR entity approved by the Greek Ministry of Development & Investment, notified to the European Commission for consumer disputes and registered to the EU ODR platform. ADR point has a domestic and a cross-border network of qualified and experienced mediation & negotiation specialists, it runs European programs on ADR & ODR, it offers quality training services in alternative dispute resolution and develops ODR management systems for the use of technology in dispute resolution.
It is a network of highly qualified & experienced professional specialists, mediators & negotiators, located in many countries of the world, who mediate disputes referred to them through the ADR point cross border network. All network mediators are inter connected, they resolve through the cross border network mediation rules and act as network ambassadors in their country.The ADR point is a private capital company (PC) that operates with all the requirements and quality standards of similar foreign dispute resolution centers. The company’s full registered title is «ADR point P.C. - Alternative Dispute Resolution Center. The main purpose of ADR point is to provide all types of services related to alternative dispute resolution in civil, commercial and consumer disputes through negotiations, mediation, conciliation and arbitration, both in Greece and abroad and regardless of the countries where the parties of a dispute reside or are established. ADR point has its headquarters in Greece (Thessaloniki, Tsimiski 7). However, due an extensive network of mediation centers & professionals it has presence in most Greek cities as well as in many countries of the world.
The ADR point is a private capital company (PC) that operates under the requirements of the relevant national law & by complying to high quality standards of similar foreign dispute resolution centers. It is registered in the General Companies Registry under the title “ADR point P.C. - Alternative Dispute Resolution Center”.
ADR point is a private organization funded by revenues accrued from the provision of mediation, negotiation, consulting, training & technology services and it does not receive any form of public funding or subsidies. The ADR point also receives finance from European Programmes in the form of co-funded grants for the execution of ADR/ODR related projects.
ADR point is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00 except Saturdays, Sundays and official national holidays. Online submission of complaints and electronic settlement procedures services operate 24 hours a day.
