ADR point launces training programme to mediators
The ADR point Dispute Resolution Center has launched an online training program addressed to qualified mediators under the European Project ADR4ALL which is funded by the Consumer Programme 2014-2020 of the European Union and ADR point.
The trainings will be conducted fully online, from 27th of April to 2nd of May, 2020 through ZOOM and are addressed to mediators accredited by the Ministry of Justice with the aim of promoting alternative dispute resolution throughout Greece.
Training modules include the European legal framework for Alternative & Online Dispute Resolution, Use of the EU ODR Platform, Conflict Management in the area of consumer disputes, Mediating Disputes Online, Promoting ADR to consumers & traders, Rules of ADR point procedure etc.
Participants who will attend all modules will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance.
The ADR point is an official dispute resolution body, member of the ADR Registry of the Ministry of Development & Investment, notified to the European Commission and registered in the European ODR Platform. It is an IMI Qualifying Assessment Program for IMI Certification, specializes in dispute resolution systems & runs European Union Programmes on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
