ADR4ALL, the ODR smartphone app for resolving consumer disputes is announced by NCTDR
The ADR4ALL smartphone application for consumer disputes, an innovative ODR tool was announced by the the National Center of Technology and Dispute Resolution, USA at odr.info. The Center supports and sustains the development of information technology applications, institutional resources, and theoretical and applied knowledge for better understanding and managing conflict and believes that networked information technology can be uniquely leveraged to expand and improve conflict management resources and expertise. Petros Zourdoumis, General Director of ADR point which developed the app is an NCTDR fellow.
