India joins ADR point cross border network with Prach Mehta and the ADR Group

Prachi Mehta, the Founder and Managing Partner of The ADR Group (TAG) joins the ADR point cross border network. She has mediated and settled several matters in India and United States for 12+ years. Her extensive experience includes dealing with complex family settlements, corporate disputes and complex, multi-party, multi-issue disputes. She has extensively researched on proposed mechanisms to increase dispute resolution in Indian corporate landscape as a Visiting Researcher at Gould Center for Conflict Resolution at Stanford University, California and also participated in the Advanced Mediation Program at Harvard University.
