New Zealand joins ADR point cross border network with Ian Macduff

Ian Macduff, one of the most prominent and experienced mediators of the word and a leading member of the ODR community has become the contact point of ADR point in Auckland, New Zealand. Ian Macduff is a Teaching Fellow, Centre for ICT Law at Auckland Law School. He was, until June 2016, Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Dispute Resolution Initiative at Singapore Management University and, formerly, Director of the Centre for Dispute Resolution at Victoria University of Wellington. He is a Member of the IMI’s Task Force on Intercultural Mediation accreditation, a member of the Global Organizing Committee of the Global Pound Conference series, and a Fellow of the National Centre for Technology and Dispute Resolution. He is a practicing mediator for over 35 years.
