Bulgarian & Greek company reach agreement through mediation

A Bulgarian export company and a Greek wholesaler have reach an agreement after two weeks of mediation over a case of goods not complying with the specifications of previous orders. The parties had a long established commercial relationship in several product lines and also had future contracts of tens of thousands of euros. The Bulgarian side proposed mediation through the ADR point cross border network, the Greek side accepted the invitation. The process has been conducted online in the English language and included four joint meetings and several private meetings with each company.
