Select the dispute sector in which the product/service you have purchased belongs to | Select if you will initially file to the trader (recommended) or directly to ADR point | Login to the Negotiation or Mediation room to resolve your problem with the trader |
Fill in the required fields and click SUBMIT. The app will display a screen with the profile of your case (also sent to your email). Take a screenshot or memorize the 4digit password and use it together with your email to login to the Mediation & Negotiation rooms in order to get updates and participate to the dispute resolution process of your case.
