TRAINING SERVICES
Our trainings,
ADR point academy provides ADR trainings in collaboration with acclaimed international trainers, based on its extensive practical experience around the world.
We design custom made programs according to the needs of the customer and the participants in each region, in collaboration with local bodies and EU institutions.
We support real-time interaction between trainers and participants, therefore, in addition to all other materials, we offer live in person or virtual trainings, customized for each region or experience level.
We provide trainings and specialization courses to ADR professionals, corporate executives and organizations in negotiations, mediation fields and online dispute resolution.
Among others we provide trainings in the following fields:
- ODR (in collaboration with ODR Europe)
- Handling consumer disputes in the EU (program co-funded by the European Union)
- Mediation Advocacy skills
- Negotiations for businesses
- Negotiations for lawyers
- Skills for mediators
- Dispute Resolution in the workplace
Finally, ADRpoint runs an official Qualifying Assessment Program for the International Mediation Institute (IMI) for mediators who are interested in becoming IMI certified.
